Karina and Pat's backyard COVID wedding was every bit as meaningful as it was laid back. They both got ready in Karina's mother and step dad's home, and said their vows in the backyard, then proceeded to dine and toast and laugh the night away in the spacious dining area (furniture moved out of the way to accommodate tables for the feast). What a delightful celebration of love and family and laughter and commitment this was, especially in the midst of a global pandemic. I'm so grateful to have be part of it!
Karina and Pat did something fun with their wedding photos: they opted for a photo session at the beach a few days before the wedding! This way they got to have beautiful photos to commemorate their vows, but they didn't have to leave their own party behind to get them. Added bonus—Karina got to wear two different dresses: one for the beach photos and another for their backyard ceremony a few days later. Brilliant!
Can you believe this awesome backyard! The house situated on a ridge with a 180° ocean view, accommodated for blue ocean views in the afternoon and golden sunset in the evening (scroll down for some knockout pics of the couple with the coastline behind them).
