My experience with Cecily was MAGICAL. We'd never done any family photos and I wanted to work with someone that would be collaborative with my vision (and there were 4 different looks I wanted). I talked to a few photographers but they all felt what I wanted wasn't within their scope...and then I found Cecily. WHAT. A. GIFT. From the very first moment I reached out - Cecily was responsive and supportive of what I wanted to accomplish. She made the ideas come to life. She scoped out locations, had me send photos of different light throughout the day at our house so we could time the silhouette shots perfectly. She helped me pick out wardrobe ahead of time and all of her ideas added so much to our shots. And that was all before she even arrived to our house. The best part was the day of—Cecily is so warm and made it so easy for me to be in front of the camera (which is not natural for me).
