Full disclosure: these are not couples. I just needed some Mt. Bonnell content BUT if these fake couples look this cute, imagine how gorgeous real engagement photos will look here! If you're engaged and you like the look of these images, shoot me an email and let's talk >> cecily.breeding@gmail.com
This Austin family is expecting their first little one! We met at Auditorium Shores to celebrate this beautiful moment in their lives. It was extra special because this was their first photoshoot since moving to Austin from the midwest last summer. Welcome to Austin and congratulations on the new addition to the family!
A beautiful day for Austin headshots for these four! We met at Mount Bonnell, a local park that overlooks both downtown and the Colorado River from a rugged limestone cliff. Even though the weather was a little chilly, they braved the wind and brought their warmest smiles.
As recent California transplants, this family wanted to celebrate their first holiday season on the golden coast with a beautiful beachy Malibu family photo session. On a (very windy!) day we shot at El Matador Beach and despite the windy weather we got so many sweet moments of this family snuggling together and exploring in the beautiful golden light.
Brantley decided to propose in Malibu! What a beautiful moment (and surprise) he put together for Hailey. He put so many personal touches into the day, including smuggling her favorite dress onto the trip so she would have something nice to wear for the moment. He rented the iconic Eagles Landing House in Malibu with stunning ocean views. After proposing, we shot a few photos at the house then went down to the little pocket beach on Pacific Coast Highway for more photos with the sand and waves.
Congratulations to Brantley and Hailey on your Malibu beach engagement! Many many more special moments to come as you plan your life together. (Click "Read More" to view their gallery) Love that the Rivera family decided to do family pictures while they're assigned to Southern California on a travel nursing gig! Their family is so fun and adventurous, one of their boys took an accidental dip in the ocean (those waves are unpredictable!) and still managed to smile afterward.
If you eat with your eyes, then food photography is an essential appetizer for your restaurant guests. These images are all shot on location at Costa restaurant at Mar Monte Hotel in Santa Barbara. The ultra creative team and chef at Costa draw on old world coastal Italian cuisine and infuse Middle Easter influences to create a celebration of global flavors and California harvests. My recommendation? The Lemon Ricotta Pancakes off the breakfast menu. You might wind up dreaming about them later.
The goal here was a sense of place for Mar Monte Hotel in Santa Barbara. This gallery captures views of the facility and the surrounding neighborhood (including the beach!) the restaurance, foyer, landscaping, pool, fountains, entryway and more. These photos will be used for social media, website, print and digital promotion for years to come.
At Hotel Amarano in Burbank, their rooms are inspired by Hollywood glamour with touches of equestrian elegance and the feeling of a globetrotter arriving home. They seem to have anticipated your every whim and desire, with feast-worth entrees and cocktails for every hour of the day, unfussy staff who welcome you like a friend, and activities for going out (bikes!) or staying in (pool!)
I always love working with hotels, but this is a particularly fun connection and I'll definitely be returning sometime soon. Congrats to the Alfreds on growing your family! This little boy is so lucky to have you as parents. (Click Read More to view more photos from this Paradise Cove maternity photo session.)
