YOGA
As a student, I first encountered the practice of postural yoga at 18 years old. The combination of strength, flexibility, breath, and mindfulness was both therapeutic and daunting for me.

As a teacher, I am trained by YogaWorks in Iyengar's lineage. I teach the practice my own body craves: strong, functional, creative, and integrally founded on breath. I teach public, private, and in rehab settings.

As a scholar, I study the application of yoga to spirituality, particularly to the Christian tradition. My masters' thesis, Jesus is My Guru: Why and How Christians Should Practice Yoga for Spiritual Formation was completed in 2018.

During the coronavirus quarantine, I am teaching live yoga and fitness classes over Zoom for the Pepperdine community. Anyone is welcome to join in here!
